Number 42 Northcote

Number 42 Northcote was designed for a family who had recently renovated their home a beautiful blend of heritage charm and contemporary design. We curated a selection of furniture, artwork, rugs, decor, and soft furnishings that would enhance the architectural features and bring warmth and cohesion to the newly transformed space.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area presented a unique layout challenge. With the kitchen stretching the full length of one wall, it was essential to create defined zones and a natural sense of flow. Every selection was made to complement the existing materials and finishes like pairing their 4.5 metre pitched ceiling with Zachary Frankel's Big Floor Lamp, drawing the eye upward and celebrating the scale of the architecture

This project was all about balance; between aesthetic and functionality, between old and new. The result is a space that feels timeless, intentional and deeply personal.
